Hey gang,

Just bought my wife a shiny new Sienna 07. Had it a week and there is a light blinking on the dash. Its a little red vehicle with a key inside. I'm damned if I can find it described in the manual. Anybody able to lend a hand?

I have seen this happen if the key is in ignition and the car is not started up...it seems similiar, but should go off once you start driving...I would call the dealership...seems like a short or something.

If it's blinking, it means the engine immobilzer is active and armed. Blinking, with the key out is good. Solid is bad.

It is normal operation. Nothing to worry about. Enjoy the van :-)
