Where in the world are you ??????    Lots of people have moved to the International-Celica Group.    When it comes to bleeding the water system.  The best bet is to run the car from cold with Rad cap off run it till the fans kick in you should see all the bubbles escape !   Then re-fit rad cap (with engine still running).  make sure the expansion bottle has enough coolant in it and stop the car..  all should be well !

check the pressure cap, sounds like the water is being forced into the over flow but not able to return, water in a pressurised system will boil on contact with air i.e. when it hits the overflow bottle.
