Noticed I lost low beam on my driver's side headlight. No problem, popped a new one in & turned on...and no low beam. The manual only calls out one fuse (30 amp ) for headlights, what else should I be looking at?

Check for corroded connections and/or frayed wiring.

I had this problem on a couple of my 5th Gen Celicas. Your pop-up headlights constantly bend the wiring harness. In both of my cases, one of the wires broke near the headlamp socket connection (copper wire only, but not the rubber insulation around the outside. Couldn't tell it was broke, except do do a continuity test. Replaced the headlamp socket with a new one (soldered connections together), and in both cases, the headlamps worked completely. One was a low beam failure only, the other was a complete failure (ground wire was broke).
