i'm due to change my oil and i have the choice of halfords or toyota main dealers,but i notice the uk celica uses a shorter filter than is fitted,mine looks more like the gt4 filter? is there any difference and is there a non return valve fitted to the filter,also if i got to go to toyota what filter do i need? as they don't recognize the part number from mine at all

Mate a toyota dealer should be able to get you the right filter, i was going to get a complete exhaust system for the GTR, they just looked up on there computer and gave me prices for each bit.   It they said they cannot find it i`d say they are talking rubbish or just being obstructive as they don`t like the word import!!!   Try charles hurst toyota in belfast, tel 9038 1721 and ask for toyota parts dept, even just for a bit of advice, they were ok i
