Hey I tried to drop my oil pan to change out the gasket but it won't come down. It will come down maybe an inch but not all the way, any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

What truck?
2WD or 4WD?
Solid Axle or IFS?
Is something holding from coming down or is it hitting something on the way down?
Did you remove all the bolts?
