Do you have a PR #? Have you gotten any emails from Toyota? If no to the email question, ask your saleman for a printout of the dealer page showing your order.<br><br>If you got the dealer confirmation email, you are probably in the system, but I'd still ask for a printout. By the way, if you go to the web and pretend you are ordering another car using exactly the same info you used the first time, (except specify that you will visit the dealer rather than giving them a dealer) and if your order is already in the system, it will come back with your original PR # and ask if you want to see the order or if you are actually ordering a new car. If you say "see the old order" it will show you the options etc, but nothing about status.<br><br>I've had a paucity of emails myself, but I did get the manual. In particular, I got the email that said I had ordered on line; I got the email that said the dealer had confirmed it, but I did not get the "vehicle reserved" email that many people with 2002 orders got within a few weeks of ordering. However, I did get the manual, and I do have a printout of the dealer page, and I was able to get my option info from the web, so I'm sure I'm in the system.<br><br>Burns

I never got the in-waiting manual (But I did get the Calculator) -- I was one of the guys that they let slip through the cracks. I did what you said and it didn't spit out that I was already in the system.<br><br>My P.R.# is 4178449869.<br><br>Oh well, I guess I better contact my dealer and tell them that I didn't get the manual and that the Toyota Web site isn't kicking back that I am in the system.<br><br>I ordered mine 6-1-01...and I will be very upset if I'm not in the system, which means I'd have to wait 4 more months. (I wish Toyota had a Web-based database where we could check on order status.)

Glad to help. However, one possibility is that you did not get everything exactly as it was entered originally. Especially if the dealer entered it, that would be a possibility.<br><br>Good luck!<br><br>Burns
