Ok, so as the topic suggests, I want better performance and gas mileage with my '96 Toyota Corolla 1.8L 7AFE. I've already installed a Performance chip and cold air intake and my next step was to start collecting parts for my exhaust. I do have to question if that will really improve my gas mileage or not though, and if I go with a silencer will that affect my performance over non silenced. Also, if there's someone out there who's installed an E85 mod to their throttle body I'd like to know what the outcome was and if it's truly worth it. I saw first hand how it did on a carbed engine but no one I know has one or is planning on installing one on an EFI.
Any suggestions/advice/criticism (constructive only) is welcome.
