Does anyone have any tips on how to gain performance or mpg on the 22re?

You can try a K&N filter setup as well as relocating the air pickup to a cooler place under the hood, this gave me about 5to 7 more MPG.

You can also go for the bosche 4 prong Sprk plugs .. noticed 2 or 3 MPG from those, and one more thing Lucas fuel sys treatment ever 25k miles will keep your inj clean and spark plugs from fouling.

Oh and try usung a lighter blend of oil and adding oil stabilizer, less friction

I found out most of my info before i bought my truck at this website (http://www.topspeed.com). Its hard to buy truck because of MPG, but I think with a little research I found the right one. I think the tundra is like 15/13 not sure... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/s10.gif)
