I have a 3 inch lifted Tacoma with M/T 33 12.50s BAJA CLAWS, I have just bought a BOMZ air intake for it, but my truck is still having trouble pulling the weight, should I get a performance chip, or is there anything else for a 2.7 engine???

Get an after market exhaust like Borla or Flowmaster. should give you an extra 4 or 5 horse power or so which might help.
