I broke my gauge cover on my 1996 tacoma where can I get a new one and for how much

Somebody's got to know where I can get one. I mean should I try the Toyota dealer, and if you had to guess how much you think one of these would run me?

if all else fails the dealer but you may end up with a very expensive gauge cluster assembly as they may not break the thing down. I would check out the on line outlets or the good old bone yard. Check out modle years up and down from yours to see if the demensions will fit. I've had the cluster out of my truck but never tried to disect it down to the pastic cover. Hope you find something that works.

I really don't think they only sell the plastic cover, but is included in the whole gauge cluster. Try carp-part.com too.
