hey

I own a Toyota hiace model 2000 Grandia, the one with cristal lights. Its a 3000 cc Diesel engine with an automatic transmission and SRS air bags. Its a japanese made.

The problem is that the engine is very noisy, when I accelerate it, and no pick-up as it should be. what should I do to resolve this problem.

Its has done about 200000 Km.

Did the inlet from the pump stay down, if it is whining maybe sucking air, or a resrtiction, ie bending the hose to tight a radius??
