Does anyone know if I can plug a portable xm radio into the AUX radio adapter and get sound without using the fm modulator? I guess I could just try it and see, but thought someone might have info on this. Thanks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

yes. you can purchase a aux input that connects to your cd changer input behind your radio ( thats only if dont have a cd changer) . you can get it from cruthfield for like 70 bucks. once its connected, hit the cd switch twice. this will turn on the "aux" sound and you're all set. this is what im using for my dvd player sound. much better than the fm mod.
