i am having problems with my electric seats and windows they just stop working

Sounds like you've blown a fuse or two. Check the fuses under the hood and under the dashboard. Your owner's manual will show you where they are and which ones are for the seats and windows. If you don't have the manual, look on the inside of the fuse panel covers. Each lists the fuses and their purposes, as well as their amperages. Replace fuses with ones of the same amperage.
