I just bought a 1993 Toy pickup dlx xcab 4x4 manual tranny.

Noticed when I bought it the coolant was low so I topped it off and had the up and down idle thing going on with it and I replaced the TPS and fixed the problem.

Then I went to get gas and even though the idle was perfect the thing began to kind of jump and bump when I accelerated. Like it was getting gas then not getting gas.

Like I said it runs almost perfect since replacing the TPS other than the jumping.

Also when it jumps I can floor it and it responds at higher rpms til I shift to 2nd gear then it jumps again until the speed/rpms pick back up but then you can hear a slight knocking and still not the greatest power.

Another thing kind of in the back of my mind you can smell the slightest hint of antifreeze, when cold starting the slightest hint of clear/white smoke from exhaust, and I notice I am low at least a little bit of coolant each day although it is very slight.

Any ideas?

for the white smoke, sounds like the head gasket. maybe the cause of your reving problem(coolant leaking into a cylinder mixing with the fuel).

Id suspect a bad headgasket too, especially if you are getting white smoke and the coolant level is dropping.
As to the jumping problem, it almost sounds like maybe the clutch is starting to go. If the clutch is slipping a little bit, that would cause the, "jumping" that you speak of. The reason why it smoothes out when you floor it is maybe because when you do that the clutch is really slipping but when you are crusing at a steady speed its only slipping off and on.
What you could do is watch the speedometer and the tach the next time you floor it. If the revs pick up pretty good but the speed doesnt increase much, that could be the problem.
