I have land cruiser 2000 model with 1FZ engine 6 cylinder inline 4.5l

I want to get more power on it so I am thinking about porting n polishing the head but dont know what is the best sizes for porting the head any idea
any good mix to turn the power more without turbo or supercharge I want something with porting polishing 3.5 headers performance Air filter with intake ECU but dont know what brand thinking about heltech beacuse it seem the easier one i can tun by myself as there is no good grage around here I would to hear your suggestian if you guys have better ECU
