2003 Corolla has power door lock problems. When all door locks are in the open position, they can all be locked from the inside window switch or from the remote key fob. They problem is they won't unlock. When all door are locked, the window switch and the key fob will only unlock the driver's door, the other doors remain locked. At first, I though it was a programming thing, but now I'm not so sure. Either way, I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, this may sound silly and you may already know, but just checking all bases. Usually the remote will only unlock the driver's door if you push it once, but if you push it twice in a row, it will unlock all the doors. Have you tried that?

Sorry I'm slow to respond, I've bben out of town. Yes, I'm aware of pushing the remote twice, doesnn't work. It's not just the remote, it's the inside door switches as well that won't unlock. A mechanic at the Toyota dealership seems to think it's the master switch on the driver's door, I may try that next. Thanks for the thought.

Sounds like it might be a computer issue. Have they looked into a glitch there?

Yep. That was the first thing I did....brand new battery.

Not yet..I was hoping some of the other easier and cheaper options might solve the problem, but I'll certainly put it on the list as a possibility.
Thanks to all for you're suggestions......................
