I recently insatlled a new motor and regulator on my 99 toyota camry se 3.0. When l roll the window down no problem but as l roll it up it cocks forward l checked everything l know can u please help.

You have to open the door panel and check that you attached the front pivot to the lower track. The mechanism is, as you saw, similar to a scizzor in operaton. If the front pivot is not connected properly, the window will **** forward as it closes and will usually jam. Check a repair manual for a picture and details on how to connect it properly. Some are held in by clips and some are held in by bolt and nuts. Good luck. Hy
