Yea, I know it's for 4X4's. I just got a 99 Pre-Runner which I like a lot. It's in the Jade Green color. I only got the 2.7 four cylinder engine with it. It's great for around town driving. Out on the highway, it leaves something to be desired. As I approach each overpass my cruise control causes the tranny to shift into 3rd gear and when cresting the other side it slams back into 4th swaying the entire truck. This gets to be anoying after a few miles. I figure that the V6 motor has enough torque so that this doesn't happen too much. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the Tacoma. I enjoy the looks that I get with a STOCK truck. I suppose that not too many people see a TRD Pre-Runner around these parts. <br><br>I have uploaded some pics of my truck to this clubs album

That's some nice photos.Why is the truck white and not jade green? Does your TRD have the rear lock diff?

It was actually pictured in my new album called Pre-Runner's. I have since reposted it in the Club album as well.<br><br>It is actually Jade Green, the best choice of colors. I don't have the Diff Lock, because it is only offered on the V6 automatic. I don't plan on doing any serious off-roading where I would need it though. It's my first introduction to the off-roading scene. I wanted a sturdy truck for hauling a sportbike around and being able to jump over the RR tracks instead of slowing down.
