Hello,

I'm wanting to flush my radiator as a first step to stop my van getting too hot. It's not warning up too much, but getting hotter than it used to, hence I thought I would flush out the radiator first. See if that cools it down at all.

Looking at the owners maunal, it tells me there are 2 bleed plugs on the radiator, 1 at the bottom of and 1 at the top. I can't find the bleed plug at the top.

My question is, will the coolant system bleed completely if I only remove the bottom bleed plug and the radiator cap.

I was a bit worried about not being able to get all the radiator flush liquid out of my cooling system.

If any one help, or send me to a link that covers flush of the cooling system, it would be very much appriciated.
