Check post 498. I just replaced the radiator in
my 1986 Turbo and detailed the steps in that post.
Radiators are easy to do, just a little messy. Even after
you drain it, there may still be some coolant that
leaks out when you start moving the radiator around so
wear some old clothes.

Remember that coolant
is poisonous and since its sweet tasting, animals
love to drink it up. If you have dogs or cats, (or
even little kids) keep them away or they'll be dead
before you know it.

I think you'll find it an
easy job. Mine was an automatic so there were a couple
of extra hoses on the bottom, but otherwise nothing
to worry about. You're looking at 30 minutes or so
worth of work.

On your questions, the radiator
has a drain cock on the port side at the bottom.
First, take off the splash pans on the bottom and you
can see everything. If you undo the cock a little,
the coolant wll dribble down the drain hose into your
catch basin all nice and neat. If you're like me and
undo it all the way, it will shoot out and get
everywhere. Remember to take off the cap too, that helps the
stuff come out faster.

You want about a 50/50
mix of coolant. You can look up the capacity, or have
a parts guy do it, where you buy the antifreeze. It
should be just about one bottle of antifreeze and an
equal amount of water (the bottles in the USA might be
bigger, so look it up just in case.)
