Hello,

Does anybody know where I can find a schematic for the factory installed radio on my 2004 Corolla LE? The model on the radio is A51802.

The reason I want it, is because I am trying to hardwire my ipod to the radio very similar to this webpage: http://www.instructables.com/id/Corolla-20...aux-input-hack/
However, the model radio on the 04 is different from the 07, and the circuit board layout is different. So I don't know which pins are the left and right on the CD player.

If I can't find a circuit schematic layout, then I guess my only option is by trial and error, but this would mean I would have to apply audio signals to the board(at random pins) and hope I don't fry anything. You can see why I am hesitant to do that!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind I figured it out!

Periwinkle 1239...can you tell me how you figured it out? I have the same radio and read the same article online but am not clear how the pin layout works...thanks!
