Hello all. New guy here.

I have an electrical problem with my '04 Tacoma. My radio, dome light, and clock all don't work today, yesterday they did.

Here is what I've tried so far, but with no luck.

1. Checked ALL fuses. They are all OK.

2. Replaced the 15 amp fuses for "dome" in the fuse box under the hood, and the "acc" under the dash.

3. Used a volt meter on the two fuses above. Both are receiving 12 volts.

Any (read ALL) suggestions would be appreciated

Did you use your voltmeter to check if there was voltage to the dome light contacts? (You have to turn on the dome light switch or open the door and not have the dome light switch in the 'Off' position) And when you say you checked all the fuses, does that mean you pulled each one out individually to inspect them? Just as a hunch, replace the fuse to the dome light, clock and radio; the fuse may have blown where you can't see, esp. if it's only a hairline.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

To answer your questions.

I had the dome light in the "on" position when checking with a voltmeter.

I one-by-one replaced each 15 amp fuse with a new one. The one marked dome, the other marked accessory.

I did check every fuse, even the 7.5 volt and 20 volt.

Are there more than the two fuse boxes ( one under hood and other near left knee)?

Since my last post.

I noticed that my automatic door locks don't work either.

I bought a light tester and checked each fuse. Every fuse makes the tester bulb "light up".
