I thought I may see about selling my car here? Any suggestions? It is a 1988 Corolla GT sports Liftback..twin cam ..1600..made in the Toyota factory here in NZ in Thames..they were only open for a few years like 1980-1988..The cars were road tested by Chris Amon and adjusted to NZ conditions..Of mine there were only 183 made and VERY few left in Nz..If you were to buy this from overseas I could almost guarantee 100% that you would have the ONLY one in your country..These cars got rave reviews by the motoring journalists..and have a hugely high safety factor with Amon inspired suspension...The look quite ordinary but drive like a dream..Mine is totally original with leather seats in great condition and is a stunning wee car.
This may be a bit much for an introduction ..so sorry if it is..but I just thought there may be a Toyota enthusiast who might love it..I believe that Toyota in Ak. still have plenty of parts..
