Het my nae is cory opperman i live in BC Canada and I am definatley a Toyota fan now with one problem thats driving me crazy .I have a 1992 toyota pu, independent front end 3.0l. My cv axles have just been replaced a few of times in the last month cause of annoying rattles and poping . So have brand new cv axles, bearings, ball joints, and many other components. But every time the cv axles are replaced. they will rattle inside the spindle after about a week, and ITS annoying. When the cv axles are out, i inspected everything inside, and there is no sign of wear, and they havn't caused any physical damage, as i mud the crap out of my truck, but i also take very good care of it. has any one had this issue before. The cv axles are after market from lordco but the toyota dealership said it shouldn't matter and the rattling is not a problem and they will pop when turning sharp with offset rims. PLEASE HELP.
thank you

thanks for the reply, i'ts my inner spindle bushing. I guess its a weak part in toyota indepentant front ends. They now replace the bushings with a bearing.
