Time to replace the fan belts. Top one (surpentine) comes off easily by loosening the alternator. But can't figure out how to loosen the bottom one.

Anyone do this?

Figured it out. You have to remove a splash panel inboard of the front right wheel then the adjustment device becomes evident.
