I just replaced the battery on our 2002 Camry and now the engine will not idle. It will start and run but if you take your foot off the gas, idle rpms drop down to zero. It appears the security system is the culprit. How can I reset ??

Why do you think it's the security system? I would expect that, if it was, you could not even start the engine.

More likely, the ECU has forgotten how the engine runs, and needs to relearn it. Drive the car for a couple of days.

I've replaced the battery in an '00 V6, and had no problems.
