Hi, new to site and new to Toyota pickup. Just got a 94 4cyl PU w/152k miles. This is a very nice truck that seems to have been well cared for. Drives out great exept that reverse is difficult to drop into. Clutch seems to engage a little soon off of floor in all other gears. Could this be an adjustment setting?

Unfortunately it would be a tranny problem.

There is an adjustment for that clutch if its a hydrallic clutch ..... also make sure the resivor is full of Brake fluid lol..

The adjusment is on the drivers side of the clutch booster ... or at least should be

There is a Master Cylinder and a Slave Cylinder on the clutch system, no booster.
The brake system has a Vaccum Booster/Assist.

There is a play adjustment on the pedal assy however.
