I have a 1988 Toyota supra turbo and I had a rear end sitting around my shop, so I decided it needed new bearings (seeing as how I burned it up on the way to Galveston, TX). I got new bearings identical to the original ones and had them pressed on. Does anyone know the torque specifications for the pinion nut and the ring gear bearings? I'm having a difficult time finding this information. It is a limited slip differential. if that makes any difference. I'm looking for the torque to the 4 bolts that hold in the ring gear, and the pinion nut torque.
All information is greatly appreciated.
The car is for sale by the way, no rust, runs good, new rubber, red, gray interior, Turbo, Targa. Asking $3500. email is reddragon@ndemand.com
