The wait is over!<br><br>My dates (for those of you still waiting):<br><br>7/30 My web order<br>8/1 Visited dealer - deposited $500 (they cashed check).<br>8/3 Dealer's web order and confirmation.<br>10/18 Email - arriving in 2-4 weeks.<br>10/24 Call from Port of Long Beach (ordered CD Player and Mats)<br>11/2 Email alert from another Prius hopeful saying his car was in (thank you, Doug). I called immediately and found out mine was here as well.<br>11/3 Picked up a gorgeous aqua opalescent ice Prius. Out the door for $22,833.75 total cost.<br><br>47 miles later I'm at 44.8 mpg. I've been chuckling at the obsessive messages about mpg but I'm already hooked.

Congrats! After such a l-o-n-g wait, thank goodness the Prius does not disapoint.<br><br>There's an outside chance we might drive our white Prius down to San Diego around Thanksgiving.
