Just a week ago I had my oil changed and then my transmission started to skip and not able to shift up. Could it be a faulty sensor?

Changing your motor oil and your tranny not shifting into gear has nothing to do with each other, it's just a coincidence. When was the last time you had your tranny fluid changed? If it's been over 30K miles then it's time to get it serviced.

I have an 02 Rav4 and I have an 06. The 02 has a shifting problem from 3rd to 4th. It is random, it doesn't do it all the time, but it usually does it with Cruise set, does anyone have this same problem? My 06 Doesn't do it, but then again, there is a 100k mileage difference......
