If I remember correctly, when I had the same problem last year, I removed the
inside tailgate panel to access the window mechanism. What I found was no real
access to the window control switch. That switch, as I recall, was just a copper
contact manually operated by the turning of the key/lock. In my case, about 1/8
can of Wd40 applied liberally into the keyhole cleared the gunk on the copper
contact after about half hour of turning key.
