My Sienna has clock that stopped working. How should I start to troubleshoot it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/gitara.gif)

The first thing to do is to locate the fuse and check that. My guess is that is where your problem lies. The good news is that fuses aren't that expensive, the bad news is there are alot of them.

I had same problem. Along with clock: Vanity mirror lights and dom lights also did not work. Also the dorr locks would only auto lock if key was in ignition. It turned out to be a short in the vanity mirror light on the drivers side of car

Good luck

How on earth did you manage to find that short? And how many fuses did you change before you figured that out?

I think the first step is buying a hayes or chilton manual and getting to know your vehicle. You can get a cheap chilton manual on ebay, and it saves a lot of time when you know your specs.

Good idea, Hoosierhunter, I didn't think of that. Manuals and I do not seem to fit together very well since I am always missing them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Keep your manual in the glove compartment. Use it to hold your gas milage records, service records, and maybe keep your insurance card with it as well. That way all your information is together and easier to keep up with.
