I own a 2001 and spray wd-40 along the tracks every once a year. I have never had any issues with the doors........

Went to my local O'Reilly's Auto Parts and they had a couple of choices, there was a van sliding doors silicone spray and Champion multi-use Chain Lube

I like the chain lube best it is like a spray wax oil that you can coat the cable with that lubricates and waterproofs the vinyl insulation of the power door motor cable.

So spray the cable, the bottom door track with chain lube, then spray the top track with silicone since it goes on a lot cleaner since it is a spray like wd-40.

Optionally you can spray with either type of spray the pivot mounts at the back of the door and the bottom of the door. These are the black metal parts that help the door move in and out vs the tracks move the door back and forth.

If you are mechanically inclined you should be able to figure out where there is a moving pivot, if not have your local dealer lube the doors.
