Drives: 1997 4 door Rav 4, manual trans.
Location: Michigan, usa
Hello, I am new in here. I have been experiencing my 1997 Rav 4 slipping out of fifth gear when going down the highway. It is a manual, and it just goes into the neutral area by itself. What is happening?

I had the same thing happen - low trans lube level - had shop replace 5th gear - and check the level at every oil change.
