Hi all, I'm trying to locate what appears to just be a spacer that sits between the solex carbs and the intake manifold. I figure any spacer designed for DCOE style carbs will fit just not sure where I could source one. I'll need it to stop the carbs fouling the intake manifold and to bolt the carbs on as only the end part of the studs in the intake manifold are threaded. What is the isolator kit? I'm after a spacer as far as I can tell. Looks about 10mm thick and goes between the intake manifold and the carb mounting surface with a gasket either side. Seems it's only purpose is to move carbs little further from the manifold. Possibly to give room for the balance tube. Cheers Glen RA28 (18RG) RA40 (3TGTE) RA40 (18RC) > Message: 2 >
