2.1 bar front and back under normal driving conditions  (as far as i can make out from the japanese on the the inside of my door?????)

I use 32 but thats not standard. That probably wasn't very helpful :(

The wider the tyre, the less pressure you need to support the weight of the car and evenly distribute the load over the whole width of the tyre. Too high on a wide tyre makes the centre bulge and the tyre wear unevenly. Most Haynes manuals have diagrams that show what I mean. Mine had 205 width tyres (205-50-16, but it's the width that counts) and after trying a few pressures I did well with 29psi.     I use 32 but thats not standard. That probably wasn't very helpful :(
