Gentlemen,
I have a 1994 Toyota pickup 4cyl 2.4 efi. I removed the battery to clean that terminals. After putting the battery back in, the engine cranks but won't fire. We have checked the fuses - OK. Any ideas?

by replacing the broken wires with new fusable linkage wire. the acid breaks them down and heat makes them brittle. then you should be off and running again.

I had that problem with a new battery in a 93 t-100. Was a purple starter relay under the dash, near steering column and floor board. I about cranked the new battery dry, before I checked the repair book. I had a guy at a junkyard give me one, and saved me fifty at a dealer parts store.
