Hello Club, just wanted to post a status to say that work is continuing on the 18RG. We are cleaning up the block and getting clearance measurements, etc...so we can put an order in for the proper size bearings. We have decided to use the HKS 304/288 cams for the 18RG that has been sitting in my garage cabinet for over a decade! ToySport claims good torque over the entire powerband (3000-7000 RPM) and great top end power, we'll see. Received the gasket kit 2 weeks ago and was on break last week so this week marks the first real week of getting at the engine. Will post again sometime soon, but now you guys know what I'm up to!<br>El.
