My 1995 SC400's accelerator pedal and steering wheel both vibrate a
bit.

Not huge vibrations but more like the engine shakes are being felt
through the pedal and the steering are. More like having vibrators (!)
attached to them!

Not a big deal in daily driving but when I go long distances it adds
to the fatigue.

Any idea where this is coming from? Is it normal?

I have custom rims (came used with the car, generic model) but OEM
tires, and it really doesn't feel like the shakes are from the tires.

Any insights would be appreciated!
