Drives: 2000 toyota corolla 1.4 vvti

hi there

i have a 1.4 vvti toyota corolla 2000 model. the steering is quite heavy on it.. i have no leaks anywhere, no noise in the p/s pump , p/s fluid is full, tyres are standard just dnt understand what is going on!!!! can anyone help me please... thankyou.
