Well I just spent the afternoon installing all new speakers two in front 4 in rear, the original set up had 3 in the rear, I spliced from the 5.25 and added another 6x9. The amp above the original speaker was left out, snice it did not work and the stereo shop said I do not need it since I had a more powerful stereo and speakers. All seemed to go well the car sounded good for most of the day, then all of a sudden the sound disappeared. I thought it was the original amp under the dash, then I removed the radio and unplugged the speaker connections front and rear, when I reconnected front I got sound, when I connected the rear all was silent, disconnect the rear and I got sound, then I barely connected the rear and I got sound, but when I made full contact the sound was silent, so I retraced my steps and checked all the speakers one by one, when I got to the speaker theat use to have a amp, I disconnected it and all the sound came back, I reconnected it and the stereo worked for a few hours and now it is silent agian, anyone got any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????
