My Dad had a ton of noise from the front end of his '99 too. He took it to a Toyota dealer for its last routine maint. and had them look it over because the previous owner showed the Lexus dealer having looked it over but had proposed no cure. It was suggested that the front struts had a problem so back to the Lexus dealer who this time replaced struts on all 4 corners for him under warranty. He paid for the 4 wheel alignment. He says it is like a new machine now - vastly improved. Troy
