JUST BOUGHT A 2001 SEQOUIA AND IT HAS WIND NOISE FROM THE SUN ROOF, ANYBODY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

Sounds like your seal isn't tight. Does it leak? Sounds like something that needs to be checked out, probably not cheep... but hey, if all else fails, there's always duct tape!

I was just going to say, it sounds as if there is something up with the seal. Could have been replaced at some point and be a little off kelter. Do you have any type of warranty or was it bought privatly? I would take it back to the dealer asap and ask them about it, even if there isnt a warranty they usually will fix something if it hasnt been too long :) Hope this helps.

You need to find out if it's an add in or was installed at the factory. I've never heard of a factory sunroof being a problem. Never heard of an add on being anything but!

The rubber seals get dry and cracked from the sun ...if the previous owner had it open alot.
Just order replacements ...shouldn't be difficult at all to do yourself.

My friend had this same problem and she took the vehicle back to the dealership and they fixed it free of charge since she had just bought it. Most Toyota dealerships are great about things like that.

Are they? I've only had dealings with one and the man I deal with has a son married to my oldest...so he's family. Nice to hear everyone gets treated well.
