Hi Guys,
I own a 2004 Tacoma 2wd with 2.4 and 5 sp trans. I put a set of America Racing 5 spoke wheels on the truck and they look great. The wheels are 1 inch wider than the stock wheels and i lost about 2 miles per gallon with them on the truck. I was thinking of putting 215/75/15 tires on it instead of the 205/75/15 tires that it came with the hope of getting the milage back to where it should be and mabye getting a little more out of it. Will the speedo and odometer be off much? will bigger tires mess with the ABS brain? I had a Chevy s-10 and 1 size larger did make the ABS brain go nuts and made the brakes com on for no reason. I do not want these problems with my Tacoma. Can anyone give me some input on this?

Your tire size increase is relativly small and should not affect the ABS, in my experence. As for milage, bigger tires are heaver and even being larger in diamiter will prob lower mileage.
