Hello all.... I am new to the group...New Westminster, BC, Canada. I'm on my fourth LC, first one purchased in 1973. I now own a 1988 that I purchased new. I'm seeking some advice...my temperature guage seems defunct..it works its self all the way to the top of the hot area....I turn off the motor..restart and it's normal...time to replace the guage???? Is there a preferred aftermarket guage that I should purchase and do a remote mount or should I get the OEM part? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Grant

use a multi tester to test the voltage, and amperage at the guage and sender. The sender is a better bet.
