CJ,
I'd love to tell you that I have the TC in
my car right now but I DON'T. However, I have ridden
in my friends car that DOES have the TC so I CAN
answer all your questions. First of all, to install the
TC you should look around anywhere from like $300 to
$500 dollars max. It's about a 5 hour job! Give or
take a little depending on how well the installer
knows how to do it. Second of all, the VSC is the
Vehicle Skid Control. This system senses when your car is
in a skid and will correct the problem by
redistributing power so that the rear wheels don't break loose.
If you turn the system off, you'll see a litle red
light come on on the dash that says VSC off. In this
mode, the system is not being used. So it won't correct
for your skidding the tires. Which is wonderful if
you love smoking your tires like I DO!!! To get your
fastest 0-60 times you put the car in POWER mode and turn
the VSC OFF!! When you turn it off, you won't harm or
disturb any other components in the car, all your doing
is telling the computer, "DON'T FIX IT WHEN I PEEL
OUT." Now in regards to the question about "was it
worth it?" I would say a resounding, "HELL YES" My
friend loves it and thought it was the best money he's
spent in a while!! I would agree w/ this whole
heartedly. I'm going to get the TC extremely soon. My father
just became a partner in a new company and I work for
him. I make roughly $100 an hour but I don't work very
much. My job even includes driving back all kinds of
Jags, Porches, Mercedes and the like back to this
area!!! So, I'll post again when I get MY info on how I
like the TC.... Have fun CJ and hope to hear about the
TC soon.... KEEP POSTING

Justin
Platinum
