okay...I looked through my op. manual and it does not say anything about replacing the timing belt. Most manuals do in my opinion. Any opinions on this guys...I got only 90K so I still have some time. When did most of you change your belt.... secondly, most manuals say to change it if you driving alot in a freezing climate...I live in vancouver and it never freezes or gets really hot....

Do you have a timing belt or a chain? If you have a belt then it should be changed out at 90K miles (not sure how much that is in KM's). If you have a belt then it does not need to be changed.

Ooops, sorry, meant to say that if you have a chain then it would not need to be replaced.
