hi,<br>i have an 89 supra turbo....lacking power for some reason...jacked it up today....put it in neutral with brakes off....but tires wont spin freely...very very hard trying to spin it manually...what could be the problem?

Possible warped rotors. Does it vibrate when you stop after being on the freeway for awhile?<br><br> dominic
