Got my D4D last september and I dream about my SUV when I sleep. I'm getting 8 km/liter of diesel on her.

I've been looking around for a tow hitch for my fortuner for a couple of weeks now cause the prices in toyota dealers is just out of my budget. As a mechanical engineer, you will understand my urge to design and fabricate my own. I've been looking at designs on the web but none is available for the fortuner chassis. The challenge is that the exhaust pipe is between the load chassis and the spare tire unlike other vans. This means you have to weave the tow bar from the load chassis across the exhaust pipe towards to back center of the van
