I have a used 2000 Toyota Sienna. How can I determine if the towing capacity is 2000 or 3500?

Do you have a copy of the owners manual? It should be listed in there. If not, maybe a web search would yield the results you need.

A quick phone-call to any Dealer and ask for service.

Hey, that's a great idea too. I didn't know that the service department would take calls like that.

They often do, but I prefer trying the owner's manual, simply because nobody will put you on hold! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

No kidding, junkie! I swear some of the longest holds of my life have been to service departments at dealerships. Well, that and cell phone service providers.

Call me ignorant, but I didn't even know that a mini van came with a towing package. I've been under the impression all this time that we'd have to go to an SUV for the seating and towing capacity. That's a great eye opener for me.

As for finding it out, have you looked on line? Maybe there is something there.
